Mike Shaddock has been managing the main location of Willow Park Wines & Spirits for four years but has been a part of the team for over ten. He has completed level two of the WSET program and his wine, beer & spirits travels have taken him all around the globe including completing the appellation course in Bordeaux, France. Mike enjoys learning about the different processes used at vineyards, distilleries, and breweries and how it differs across the world. His favourite wine experience – travelling to Georgia in Eastern Europe where he proposed to his long-time girlfriend.
